Mr. Edward Shamutete is a seasoned mining industry executive with over five decades of experience. He began his career with Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines (ZCCM) Ltd., holding various managerial positions before serving as CEO from 1991 to 1999. Shamutete is also the Chairman and CEO of Shengo Holdings Limited since 1999 and currently chairs the board of EKS Mining International Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Mining Engineering from Imperial College, London, and is a Fellow of the Engineering Institution of Zambia.

Skilled in pre-Si Q&R IP and SoC verification, they drive continuous improvement for product reliability and time-to-market efficiency.
